Overall
Set amidst industrial buildings in Kowloon Bay, this shopping mall can only be accessed by cars, taxis, or the shopping mall's own shuttle buses. When I got to this place, I was amazed by its scale, the sizes of its shops and the large number of F&B establishments. When I visited a few months ago, I did not enjoy shopping experience here as there was not enough circulation space and only a few shops on each floor. I had to go up and down a lot of stairs in order to get to the shops I wanted to see. I have no desire to come back any time soon.

Overall
I went to this newly opened (should be first of June) shopping mall last Sat. I was amazed at the CROWDED situation despite not all the shops are opened at the moment and it's a bit not so convenient for non-drivers: You could try to wait for the free shuttle bus but i would suggest you to go there on foot (10 mins walk from Kowloon Bay MTR station).
Of course i was first attracted by the "largest international decoration and building-material retail group" B & Q. It's a place where you could get everything for home furnishings. But it seems to me that it's more suitable for those expats. Just remind you not to get lost there!
There are a few "mega" stuff there, one of which worth to mention is the MEGA ICE, the largest rink here in HK. It's the first venue qualified in HK for hosting international leagues of ice sports. The other one is the UA IMAX cinema. See if i could experience the so called IMAX 3D Experience next time.
But anyway, i would suggest you guys to go there later as more shops will be opened and it should be more ready and less crowded. And ... just a bit dark for energtic shoppers.
