Dragon-i is not for food so one would not have too much expectation anyway. Should try their fried rice, sweet and sour pork, beef soup which they do thousands of times everyday, practice makes perfect, isn' it?

love the all-u-can-eat dim sum lunch menu... good ambience... wished i need not rushing back to the office and enjoy more.
