Chesa is one of the very few Swiss restaurants in HK. Cozy ambience with excellent food. Tried their pan fried goose liver. the prune sauce is savory and not too sweet. Worth trying. sliced veal are juicy and tender. But the traditional fondue is nothing special. The manager there is friendly and superb funny. u will surely understand what i mean once you 've dined there
P.S. Decorated as a Swiss Chalet, nice for a date. Just a bit noisy for such a restaurant in a six-star hotel...
