A decade ago, only bars and restaurants serving expats and tourists held parties to celebrate Halloween. No trace of the festival was found in town. It was until Ocean Park first launched its Halloween Bash in 2001, locals are aware of the festival, Halloween. The ambiance is blooming while more and more businesses sight this golden opportunity to earn extra dollars.
Ocean Park Halloween Bash
